We are pleased to inform you that four of our COVID-positive residents have been cleared, after reaching the end of their infectious period last night.
Our fifth and final COVID-positive resident is due to be cleared at midnight this evening.
This is very positive news and means we will be in a position to safely re-open Level 3 to visitors tomorrow.
As per our existing visitor protocols, Level 3 will be open to visitors from 10am.
No further rounds of testing are required at this stage.
Visitors are reminded that the following restrictions remain in place, as we work to prevent COVID-19 entering our homes:
- A limit of two visitors per day, with a single visit of up to one hour
- All visits must:
- Be pre-booked via phone or email between 8.30am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. Please call (08) 8448 6100 or email westlakes@unitingsa.com.au
- Take place between 10am and 4pm daily, or 6pm and 8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Occur in the resident’s room or in an outside area
