We are writing to provide you with an update on the COVID-19 situation at Wesley House Aged Care.
We remain at one COVID-positive resident since our update late yesterday. The COVID-positive resident is located in the Falie East wing, which remains closed to visitors.
PCR testing of all residents at Wesley House Aged Care is taking place today, and family members will be notified directly if their loved one returns a positive result.
The rest of Wesley House Aged Care remains open, with the following restrictions in place:
- A limit of two visitors per day, with a single visit of up to one hour
- All visits must:
- Be pre-booked via phone or email between 8.30am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. Please call (08) 8449 7066 or email wesleyhouse@unitingsa.com.au
- Take place between 10am and 4pm daily, or 6pm and 8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Occur in the resident’s room or in an outside area
