It gives us great pleasure to inform you that the Grange wing at Westminster Village Aged Care will welcome back visitors from 10am tomorrow (Tuesday, 1 March 2022).
In line with SA Health guidelines, the wing is no longer considered a COVID-19 Outbreak Zone and will resume operations under UnitingSA’s Phase 2 Prevention Plan.
This follows the medical clearance of two residents who were previously COVID-positive, and no further residents testing positive in the past 10 days.
From tomorrow, Grange residents will be able to move freely about the home and take day outings, while staffing of Grange wing will return to normal operations.
The following visitor restrictions remain in place across all UnitingSA Aged Care homes:
- A limit of one visitor per day, with a single visit of up to one hour
- All visits must:
- Be pre-booked via phone or email between 8.30am and 4pm weekdays. Please call (08) 8353 5011 or email westminster@unitingsa.com.au
- Take place between 10am and 4pm daily, or 6pm to 8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Occur in the resident’s room
