If you’d like to support our work year-round, we encourage you to set up a regular donation from as little as $20 a month.
In-kind donations are gratefully received at our Emergency Relief Centre, 58 Dale Street, Port Adelaide (between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday). Please note that we can only accept new and unused in-kind donations.

How does my donation help people in need?
You can be assured that 100 per cent of all donations go directly to those in need.
Your donation will provide practical support—such as food, household essentials, personal hygiene products and crisis assistance to people facing poverty, homelessness or unexpected hardship.

Can I donate online?
Yes, the quickest and easiest way to help is by donating online. Every dollar makes a difference, and donations over $2 are tax deductible. Donate now.

Can I make a monthly or recurring donation?
Yes! Regular giving is one of the most impactful ways to support our teams providing homelessness and emergency relief in the local community. Simply select the “monthly donation” option when you give online.

How do I cancel my monthly or recurring donation?
If at any time you need to cancel your recurring donation, you can submit a cancellation request using our online form.
Once we receive your request, we’ll process the cancellation within 5 business days and confirm with you when it has been completed. Your payment authority will then be disabled and no further charges will be processed.

Can I donate physical items like gifts or food?
While financial donations allow us to respond quickly and purchase exactly what’s needed, we also appreciate donations of non-perishable food, new and good quality clothing and gifts for children and teenagers.
Donations can be delivered to our Emergency Relief Centre, 58 Dale Street, Port Adelaide, between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
You can even get your workplace or community group involved by registering as a Christmas Gift Partner or Winter Appeal Supporter.

Is my donation tax deductible?
Absolutely! All donations of $2 or more are tax deductible. You’ll receive a receipt immediately after donating online.
