UnitingSA has replaced an outdated property in Kilburn with four modern townhouses to ensure more South Australians have access
to long‑term, safe and affordable housing.
Background
UnitingSA has partnered with SA Housing Trust (SAHT) to create one social and three affordable housing outcomes.
The site provided an ideal opportunity to demolish a 1960s house and build two 3-bedroom and two 2-bedroom townhouses.
The development is ideally located in an established community within a short walk from schools, shops and parks.
