The new four-storey development will include a mix of affordable and social housing, along with Specialist Disability Accommodation apartments, all surrounding a central courtyard to create a vibrant and engaged community atmosphere.
Uniting on Devonport will provide new affordable rental homes for people on low incomes, with rent capped at 75 per cent of market value.
For Social Housing, rent is based on approximately 25% of household income for people on very low incomes.
The new development provides 7 three-bedroom townhouses, all to be sold, featuring open plan living, two bathrooms, garage, private open space and access to central community courtyard.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is housing designed for people with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs.
The dwellings will have accessible features to help residents live more independently and allow other supports to be delivered better or more safely.
Works commenced on 23 January 2023, with the project expected to be completed by October 2024.
