Our Uniting on Devonport development has not only transformed a Prospect site but also captured the hearts of the 2025 UDIA South Australia Awards for Excellence judges.
The project clinched both the Medium Density Development Award and the Social and Community Housing Award, earning accolades for its innovative design and commitment to community.

Located in the heart of Prospect, Uniting on Devonport replaces six outdated properties with 40 modern dwellings spread across four levels.
The $15.9 million development offers a mix of housing options designed to cater to South Australians on low to moderate incomes:
- 2 Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartments
- 10 social housing apartments
- 21 affordable housing apartments
- 7 privately owned townhouses
