South Australia’s lockdown will end at midnight tonight following consistently low COVID-19 case numbers over the past week.
The State Government has announced the pathway out of lockdown will include a levelling down of restrictions to support the safe reopening of our state.
In line with lockdown being lifted, we are pleased to be able to welcome visitors back to our Residential Aged Care facilities tomorrow, Wednesday 28 July 2021, with the following precautions in place:
- Visitor bookings: All visits must be pre-booked by phoning your loved one’s Residential Aged Care facility. This will assist us to keep track of visitor numbers and adhere to density requirements.
- Face masks: Visitors, contractors and staff must wear a surgical face mask at all times when visiting our Residential Aged Care facilities, including indoors and outdoors. Face masks will be provided upon entry.
- Density limits: A density limit of 1 person per 4 square metres must be adhered to at all times. Room capacity limits will be updated across our facilities to reflect this. Please ensure you adhere to room capacity signage.
If you have any questions, please contact your site’s Director of Nursing or Site Operations Manager.
