You may be eligible if you are a parent or carer of a child under 6, are not currently in paid employment and live in an area where there is a Parent Pathways provider. Other eligibility criteria also applies.
To be eligible you must either receive a Parenting Payment, Carer Payment or Special Benefit, OR be under 22, an early school leaver or a First Nations parent or carer.
Parent Pathways can help with study, training, work goals, childcare, transport, resume support, financial support for eligible costs and referrals to other health and wellbeing services.
Yes. Parent Pathways may be able to help eligible participants access childcare, including support with waitlist fees or bonds.
Yes. Your Mentor can help you explore study, training and employment goals, create a resume and take practical steps towards work when you are ready.
