How do I access home care?
Here’s how to start your home care journey:
- First, you will need to contact My Aged Care and arrange an Aged Care assessment (ACAT).
- The ACAT assessment will determine the level of support you can receive.
- Get in touch with UnitingSA to arrange your home care services by calling (08) 8448 6280 or emailing homecare@unitingsa.com.au.
