How do I access Respite Care?
To be eligible for respite care, you need to be aged 65 or over (or 50 and over for First Nations people).
Here’s how to access Respite Care:
- First, you will need to contact My Aged Care and arrange an Aged Care assessment (ACAT).
- The ACAT assessment will determine the level of support you can receive.
- Get in touch with UnitingSA to arrange your Respite Care by calling (08) 8448 6280 or emailing homecare@unitingsa.com.au.
