We are writing to provide you with the latest details on the COVID-19 situation at Wesley House Aged Care.

There have been no new cases identified since yesterday’s update.

We remain at four COVID-positive residents, who are isolating in their rooms.

A small section of Semaphore wing is closed to visitors, while the rest of Wesley House Aged Care remains open.

PCR testing for residents in Lipson and Semaphore wings is being undertaken today.

You are reminded that we have temporarily introduced visitor restrictions across all UnitingSA Aged Care homes. From today, the following precautions are in place:

  • A limit of two visitors per day, with a single visit of up to one hour
  • All visits must:
    • Be pre-booked via phone or email between 8.30am and 4pm, Monday to Friday
    • Take place between 10am and 4pm daily, or 6pm and 8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays
    • Occur in the resident’s room or an outdoor area

Results from today’s PCR tests will arrive over the weekend.

If you have any questions, please speak to a member of your care team.
