Only one positive case remaining at Westminster Village

We are writing to provide you with a COVID-19 update for Westminster Village Aged Care.

At this point in time we are still awaiting a number of results from the PCR testing undertaken yesterday. All results received so far have been negative.

If a resident returns a positive result, friends and families will be notified directly.

We now have one COVID-positive resident at Westminster Village Aged Care, after a resident was cleared yesterday. The remaining resident is located in Grange wing and is isolating in their room.

The rest of the Grange wing was able to reopen to visitors yesterday. The remainder of Westminster Village Aged Care also remains open to visitors.

PCR testing for Grange wing residents will be undertaken again tomorrow.

We will provide you with a further update on Monday.
