We're partnering with RenewalSA to build our largest development to date in the inner city suburb of Bowden. Uniting on Second will provide 70 affordable housing opportunities for South Australians seeking a place to call home, in a convenient location.
The eight-storey development will include a mix of affordable rentals and affordable sales. Generous shared spaces, including a rooftop garden and alfresco area, will create community among diverse residents.
The all-electric building features a strong commitment to environmental and social sustainability while helping to reduce the cost of living.
Affordable Housing
Uniting on Second will provide new affordable rental homes for people on low incomes, with rent capped at 75 per cent of market value.
Apartments for Sale
The new development provides two-bedroom and one-bathroom apartments, all to be sold, featuring generous living areas, deep balconies and storage units.
Each will qualify under the affordable housing criteria and be sold to eligible buyers through HomeSeeker.
