In light of the COVID-19 outbreak in NSW and State Government travel restrictions, UnitingSA has introduced new precautionary measures to ensure the ongoing health and safety of those we support.

Until further notice:

  • Anyone who has been in NSW since 11 December, or in close contact with someone who has, is not
permitted to enter a UnitingSA site, including our Residential Aged Care facilities.

This includes visitors, clients, staff and contractors etc.

Please note, discretion will continue to be shown with regards to compassionate Aged Care visits.

In addition, we continue to ask that you do not visit a UnitingSA site if you:

  • are awaiting COVID-19 test results
  • have been in contact with a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case
  • are displaying any associated symptoms of COVID-19, including fever, chills, cough, sore throat,
runny nose, shortness of breath, or loss of taste or smell.

For the latest information regarding quarantine and testing requirements for people who have travelled to NSW, visit the SA Health website.

For further advice regarding the latest travel restrictions, visit the SA Health website.

We thank you for your ongoing cooperation as we respond to the evolving challenges of COVID-19 across our community.
