Five three-bedroom townhouses have been constructed by UnitingSA in Kidman Park to ensure more South Australians have access to long‑term, safe and affordable housing in the western suburbs.
Background
Following the successful development of six properties at Kidman Park in 2018, UnitingSA added five new three‑bedroom townhouses on an adjacent street to be used as affordable housing in Adelaide’s west.
The development is ideally located in an established community within a short walk from schools, shops and public transport.
Each home features a solar system to keep energy costs low for tenants.
UnitingSA Housing has partnered with SA Housing Trust for this development.
