UnitingSA is seeing a surge in demand for essential pantry items like milk, cereal and tinned food. The not-for-profit organisation says demand has doubled in recent weeks.

The UnitingSA Whyalla Community Centre is launching a new program for people aged 50 and over. Club50+ starts on June 18 and will run between 10.00am – 2.30pm every Thursday until the end of the year.

Community members, including students from 28 schools, will come together on Thursday May 28 for the flagship Reconciliation Week event – Rec in the West – a free event that will be held between 10am – 2pm on May 28 at Tauondi Aboriginal College in Lipson Street, Port Adelaide.
