Clinical Care

This includes nursing care, some allied health services and care management.
Independence
Independence
This includes help with your daily living activities (such as showering, getting dressed and taking medications).
We also offer transport, home modifications and social groups to help you stay connected.
Everyday Living
Everyday Living
This includes cleaning, gardening, shopping and meal preparation.

How do I access Support at Home services?
To be eligible for Support at Home, you need to be aged 65 or over (or 50 and over for First Nations people). Here’s how to access Support at Home services:
- First, you will need to contact My Aged Care and arrange an Aged Care assessment (ACAT).
- The ACAT assessment will determine the level of support you can receive.
- Get in touch with UnitingSA to arrange your home care services.
