The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding from the Australian government to support people living with permanent and significant disability. This funding is used to help people living with disability take part in everyday activities, as well as build skills and capability so they can participate in the community.
Navigating the NDIS with Support Coordination and more
UnitingSA makes navigating the NDIS easy. As a registered NDIS provider, we provide you with support every step of the way and help you make the most out of your NDIS plan.
We have a range of supports available and our compassionate, experienced and committed workers will help you achieve your goals, your way.

NDIS Recovery Coach – similar to an NDIS Support Coordinator, however with specific mental health knowledge through training or lived experience. They can help assist you to strengthen your support networks and spend time with you and those important to you.
Employment Supports assist you to gain new skills to have the confidence to seek, and maintain, employment. We can provide tailored support to identify your goals, access study or training and make a positive transition to the workforce.
Individual Supports can support you to fulfill everyday activities and offer the support required to achieve your goals. This may be through helping you to access your community through social activities, group activities or by helping with daily living skills.
School Leaver Employment Support (SLES) helps school leavers with a disability to build the confidence and skills to help find, and keep, a job that’s best for you and your goals. If you have SLES funding in your plan, we can support you.
