Do you need more intensive support?

A Specialist Support Coordinator is an expert who provides more intensive support when:

  • Your situation is more complex, and you need more support
  • You need help connecting with specialised services
  • You are facing a crisis
  • You use multiple providers, and you need help to make sure they all work together for you

Please note, Specialist Support Coordinators are not available in Whyalla.

How do I access Support Coordination?

We can support you if your NDIS plan is approved and includes funding for Support Coordination or Specialist Support Coordination.

How much does it cost?

Supports are charged directly from your NDIS Plan.

All rates are charged in line with the NDIS pricing guide.
